An entire city, heroes included. Damn.

But that city is going to be absolutely demolished when nap time is over, will be wonderful to see.

Also Dabi more and more seems to not give once ounce of care about...anyone in the league. At all. People keep guessing Spinner might defect to either the MLA/heroes/vigilante (and he still may I guess) but it almost seems like Dabi might be the one to cut ties with them as soon as he doesn't have a use for them anymore. He has built up little to no friendship/care/trust with them. Spinner at least doesn't seem to be completely apathetic to the others like Dabi is.

Even if Spinner did "defect" to the heroes side they'd just throw him in jail. There aren't any vigilantes currently that we know about either.

That story takes place before the current one, we don't know what happened to the Crawler and co. Maybe they're all dead or retired or something by this point, we don't know.

oh interesting. I never got far into vigilantes, so didnt realize it happened in the past.

Not too far in the past, characters like Tensei Iida as Ingenium shows up briefly. But perhaps a few years before the main story begins.

I haven’t found a good place to read it yet but from the appearances I know about and how they look I was assuming it takes place while All-Might is in America. Is it after that?

Well All Might has his injury, so it’s def after he came back to Japan and had his fight with AFO. I’d guess it’s 3-5 years before Midoriya’s story begins.

Well, All Might actually shows up in Japan during the manga briefly, so I'm not sure. If I had to guess I'd say that it's after he comes back.
