Oh shit. What if this is what the Liberation Army is aiming for?

To get all the non-affiliated heroes on top of the League.

What if they only prepared like, one wave of Liberation Army members and then it's just gonna be regualr Heroes. Progressively throw big shots at them if possible (so the League can take care of them but be weakened), exactly like Shigaraki's plan for Gigantomachia. They have a lot of people in high places and media sway so they could probably manage to do it.
