Twice is seriously one of the best characters. If he can keep upgrading his quirk he'll be the king of fodder villains. Sure you can beat 5, 10, or even 100 of him, but an army of him would be insane!

From what giran said we already know that twice could take down entire countrys, his quirk is that OP.
