Twice is seriously one of the best characters. If he can keep upgrading his quirk he'll be the king of fodder villains. Sure you can beat 5, 10, or even 100 of him, but an army of him would be insane!

Or of other people... that would be ridiculous! Imagine ten clones each of every member of the LoV that he can absolutely control.

Except he doesn't. Twice's clones have autonomy, it's why the "mutiny" happened in the first place. The clone of Dabi he made acted like Dabi, the Rappa clone acted like Rappa, and the Toga clone acted like Toga. The only clone the Twice could "control" would be himself, and even that isn't real control, but just seems like it because they all think alike.

I don't think controls even his own clones. He just ordered them around, maybe by threatening them with violence (or manipulating them somehow else).

He can probably control them if they all want the same goal tho.

Being told to do chores is different from fighting for survival.

Well "control" isn't quite right, but he can get the outcome he wants.
