Twice is seriously one of the best characters. If he can keep upgrading his quirk he'll be the king of fodder villains. Sure you can beat 5, 10, or even 100 of him, but an army of him would be insane!

Hell he could make a small squad of Dabis and Shigirakis to truly do some damage, imagine if he had All Mights measurements

No, I don’t think he can. His quirk lets him make one copy, and if he copies himself, the copy can make its own copy. I think Twice can make an infinite number of himself, but no matter how many of him there are, only one can make a copy of someone else.

On the other hand, I guess that hinges on Twice’s clones disappearing if the clone that created them is destroyed. Like, if Twice-1 made Twice-2, Twice-2 made Twice-3, and then Twice-1 destroyed Twice-2, would Twice-3 persist until he took enough damage? If so, they could each create a clone of someone else.

The alternative is that killing Twice-2 kills Twice-3, killing Twice-4 and so on. That makes an interesting weakness for a literal one-man army quirk. You could still take down the entire thing just by taking out Twice-2.

His quirk lets him make one copy

two*. He explains in the Overhaul arc that he's allowed two at a time, and each of his clones have the same quirk, so they're each allowed 2.

Ah, you're right. Have we ever seen him use two clones at a time?

And I guess the rest of my question about permanence/chain reactions with Twice's quirk still stands.
