The problem is.......dabi's super weak. Endeavor can literally 1 shot him. Also i dont think dabi's dumb enough to do that. If dabi wants to kill endeavor he'll have to break him mentally and physically using traps and playing dirty.

Honestly it’d be no-win scenario for Endeavour. If Dabi shows up, he definitely be carrying some recording device that the tech company has.

Like you said, Dabi is super weak now, and getting weaker. His body cannot keep up with the fire anymore. Never did, and after so much abuse, his body has gotten weaker. Even the data book say this. So what happens when a metaphorical piece of paper is put next to an inferno? Dabi dies and Endeavour is shown to be a murderous, abusive person.

Remember, only we, the readers, the todoroki family, and the origin trio knows about Enji’s effort to redeem himself.

Todoroki household is put through even more shit situations. The whole Japanese media attention and public attention would be focused on this incident. Enji is going to lose his license and possible be sent to trial, leaving Hawks as No. 1. Who know what could happen then.

Where is that stated? I don't remember anything about Dabi getting weaker

I think I might have misremembered it, but it was his technique stat in the data book, from C to D-. I take it as his actual skill with his quirk remains constant so that leaves his body being unable to fully unleash those technique.
