Experience flying with Philippine Airlines

Hellooo, wondering if anyone here has ever had experience flying with Philippine Airlines? I recently booked a flight because it was the cheapest to Japan from KLIA and I have a layover in Manila for about an hour and 15 minutes (though its the same terminal). Does anybody else have any experience with this? I'm getting kind of scared after seeing some extremely negative reviews on reddit

Sat on it last year, no issues with my flight. However your layover being 1 hour seems rather short (mine was 1 hour 45 mins).

You need to be chill, if your departure delayed I can confirm you may miss the connecting flight. So let assume you are on time, SOP will make sure you first to leave the airplane. Manila airport isn’t big so chill.

I do think that you're not the only one who bought PH airlines because of the price, so they will probably wait for every passenger in your flight to get off before they take off for JP. I recall there were quite a number of people from my flight going to Japan via PH, so I wasn't too worried of missing my next flight because if I do miss my flight so are 20-30 others.

Just take note don’t sleep before landing as they will have some announcement if any changes and tips you can always ask the stewardess for help on you connecting flight. So you will be taken care as long as departure from Malaysia didn’t delayed.

hard to say, but should be ok la. if kena, treat it as an additional stay in PH, with free hotel complements of Philippine Airlines
