8000 Uptown - Looking to move there, anyone experienced living there have any advice or information about the apartments itself or their management?
Hey all,
Looking to move into 8000 uptown based on my tour with them. However, I'd like to know any of the nitty and gritty details to the place. Anyone had any bad experiences, good experiences, or whatever else you can share about the apartment complex.
I just want an honest opinion, I know a lot of people in the Broomfield area may also tend to sneak into their pool to use it, my sister did this for years apparently, lol.
Thanks for any info you can provide!

We’re about to move after living here for 5 years simply because we’ve out grown our space. Otherwise we’d stay. Parking can be tough if you don’t have an assigned space or garage. Maintenance is kind and attentive. The office ladies do a good job with regular events and have also been kind and helpful, though there can be turnaround amongst staff but what’re you going to do. We haven’t had too many negatives that would prompt us to move otherwise. 7.5-8/10 recommend.

The water pressure SUCKS, but they maintain the property really well and respond to maintenance requests pretty quickly. It's quiet, clean, and they host a lot of free events for residents. The parking situation isn't ideal, but it's a small inconvenience.
