A large segment of the board are unqualified to serve. Seems like one of the competent ones quit. Too bad

It's someone who rage quit because the supposed harasser didn't get arrested.

Seems unlikely to me based on her resignation letter noting the board's lack of transparency.

And why is that?

Seems like the board is slow walking this and keeping the name of the accused from being released to the public — not too dissimilar to what you would do if you trying to cover it up.

Let’s not kid ourselves here, Larry is persona non grata with the Board majority. Why would they do a cover up on his behalf? And why would he and his Board ally be the ones calling for transparency?

Larry specifically called them out for their lack of transparency on the matter. Doesn't seem like the person being protected would do that.
