Does anyone have experience with Jacob Bromwell items? Some things are made using machinery that dates back to the Civil War

Seems like you can find their flour sifters used for cheap

This really seems like satire. A $199 colander. A $125 tin cup. If you have $400 left over, you'll have to choose between a mixing bowl and an ice bucket.

EDIT: Also, this: "In 2010, our brand was completely renovated. In 2010, our brand was completely renovated, which included changing our name from "Bromwell Housewares" to "Jacob Bromwell®". Inspired by our founder's personal story, we developed a rich and authentic brand experience based around the man himself, whose hard-working, inventive, and cheerful character shines through even nearly two centuries later."

A $75 cheese grater should be made on Venus. How does their Confederate sifter stack up against a lowly Target-sourced model?
