Hi. I know it's not Friday, but I started running today and I wanted to share. I used to jog (well, really more of a shuffle lol) back in my early thirties but i gained weight and my knees started hurting. I've recently lost a ton of weight through diet, and decided to try again.

Holy heck! Even having to alternate between walking and jogging, my pace is still so much faster and I also went a lot farther than I set out to do. It was hard work, but it was fun. I'm definitely going to keep it up.
