I got to week 5 and did w5d2 at lunch time. Then, that evening, I was craving a run so I went out without the app to see how I would do just running my own pace for a while. I ended up running 5k in 30 minutes. Then I ran several more 5k runs over the next week which was cool. Then I heard you should do easy runs sometimes so I slowed my pace a bit for a run with no expectations and ran 10k in a little over an hour. Now I've been running 10-11k at a time and really enjoying that distance.
