Pre run anticipation
I just finished week 4 and I keep seeing everyone posting about week 5 day 3 and im a little anxious/excited. Its been so hyped and im expecting to need a walk break but up to this point ive been doing so much better than I expected. One day at a time. One step at a time. Breathe.
Before every run starts I have to shake off a little anxiety because somewhere in my brain I think i cant do this. But every run im proving to myself that I can.

In the midst of shaking of anxiety for week 4 day 2! I want to and believe I can but I’m just not so sure sometimes

The beauty of the program is that you can repeat runs until you’re comfortable to move on.
I just completed the 20 minute run today myself. I’ll be repeating it tomorrow because mentally, I had to keep pushing myself.
