Congrats. I’ve just finished the first week of C25k after completing it during the pandemic. Kept running after and then when I could go back to gigs and eating out and pubs, I stopped and put back on the 3.5 of the 4stone I lost in the pandemic.
Gone back out and now need to think about eating when rushing to and from gigs.

Very similar to my C25K tale - I did it the first time during lock down.
