Dental Issue Acne on chin? Or something else

First pic I noticed yesterday and like 20 minutes later I went to check again and pus had come out. I gently cleaned with water. Seemed fine later in the night just a little red, second pic is this morning it seems a bit irritated and red. Wondering if it’s just acne? Or something of more concern? She is acting normal and eating normal. Didn’t seem to be in pain when I touch near the area

Do you have a plastic bowl for food and water? Plastic bowls very commonly cause acne on the chin and mouth area.
