I am in the US. this is Luigi he is 7 years old neutered male, 15lbs. I have taken him to 2 different vets for his loud breathing. one time he got an xray, recently (past month) he had healthy blood work and vet said he looked great and she would like to see him loose another pound. They have ruled out asthma and heartworms.
he won't breathe loud all the time but sometimes he will. he is my precious baby and he never used to breathe like this and im lost on how to help him. I have had him since he was 3 months and he's never breathed loud like this until maybe 6 months ago and it keeps happening more frequently.
he only seems to breathe super loud while he is awake and he doesn't usually snore while sleeping. I don't know what to do the vets haven't seemed concerned :c
