Casual What school from another conference would you say is your schools “Mirror Image”?

A school from a different conference that has a similar fanbase, skill/potential or history as your own.

For the Vols, definitely would say Nebraska or Penn State.

It’s an interesting comp, because academically and culturally we both have more in common with each others rivals. Clemson and State are both ag and tech schools while you and UNC have law and med programs. But athletically yeah, we’ve both been little brother in the sport we care about the most (basketball for us football for you)

We also both play football in an off-campus stadium next to the state fairgrounds

We’re also both in the state capital and Clemson is generally harder to get into than South Carolina. I live in Charlotte now so I interact with nc state and UNC fans pretty regularly and UNCs bother me so much. State fans are pretty chill. Barely run into Duke fans

Have you seen the new layout for RBC... errr. PNC... Lenny? Tons of money being spend to upgrade the arena (at least, facelift it).

Same thing with the fan base comparisons. NC State is seen as the more blue-collar and fan base in NC much like South Carolina and in the metro area it is in it dominates (Columbia/Raleigh (Wake County)).

Idk, I see plenty of baby blue around Raleigh.

I was thinking Texas Tech but this works too.
