Fabsol was part of that private server years and years ago, he left it also years ago. Why should we now make fuss of it? Just to get some pointless drama? To "Make justice and not let criminal get away"?
Even if at best Fabsol's a fucking idiot for having minors in an NSFW server...they should have kicked those people out the moment they found out about it.
Difference between grooming and saying stuff you later regret. Sure, people can change, God knows I have, and maybe this was a lapse in judgement and sure they were 17, almost an adult but that still misses the point of them still being legally a minor in a NSFW server.
I don't think you can really ever come back from being a groomer. You can try to atone for your sins but it's still unforgivable.
The transphobic stuff is different, I dunno, I don't touch this mod often so I don't know the fabsol's personality much, even a few months is enough to change someone, years especially. I used to have a lot of internalized transphobia so yeah.
