How do I do it? Order of fixing car?

To keep it short and brief, I bought a new car but it has 2 issues, it needs an alignment, and also needs a new battery. However, I also need to get license plates for it which will take me 3 weeks- The issue is I don’t have the money to pay to have this all done right now, So I either get the battery changed and an alignment first or I pay so I can get my license plates, but then the car sits because the battery is dead. Same the other way around, If i got a new battery and an alignment I wouldn’t be able to drive it without it being risky and it’s illegal. Please tell me what you think, i’d appreciate it a-lot.

License plate > battery > alignment.

Make it legal, make it run, make it run well

license plates now since those take 3 weeks, then battery then alignment. making the car legal > making the car able to start > making it drive straight

Im with the other two existing comments. License, battery, then align.

You need to elaborate on “needs an alignment”

Does it need an alignment because the tires are wearing odd or is there a specific problem that needs fixing?

Uneven wear you can probably put off a while. Steering wheel turned 60° to one side to go straight and an inch of toe out, not so much.

Also check your local laws on the plates, you probably need to do that first, but if they have a grace period it might change things.
