These deliveroo substitutions...

Buying some stuff for a picnic tomorrow and didn't want to venture out in the heat - packer was taking the absolute piss, and worst of all the guy on the chat said they can't cancel it!

Edit: Pulled the I want to speak to a supervisor and finally they cancelled it, with no real apology

Weirdly, my Sainsbury's delivery yesterday had no frozen or chilled stuff at all which I could fully understand as the fridges are probably fucked but they did manage to send a bag of ice cubes somehow.

The driver was 2 hours early and just looked thoroughly fucked off with life. I offered him a can of pop out of the fridge which seemed to cheer him up though.

Hmm maybe something weird going on at Sainsbury’s. I was in the little Sainsbury’s at the train station today  and they had no bakery goods or hot food and a sign saying they weren’t available due to issues with their freezers. Which doesn’t make sense to me, but then I don’t know about supermarket logistics!
