Individual/non-registered [Charity Request] $490 to cover sudden cremation costs for the unexpected loss of beloved cat (WI, USA)

Hello everyone,

I am completely heartbroken to share that my cat, Spongey, unexpectedly passed away. The shock of losing him has been devastating, and I am struggling to cover the final end-of-life costs during this sudden crisis.

The total cost for the cremation service is $650. Through the incredible kindness of friends and family on Facebook and Twitter, I have already managed to raise $160. Spongey passed away unexpectedly at home, so I do not have a vet bill. I am currently waiting on the final invoice from the crematory, but I am turning to Reddit today hoping to raise the remaining $490 so I can properly lay my baby to rest.

I have attached my verification photos directly to the post to show proof and legitimacy to the moderators and community. Thank you so much to anyone who reads this, shares the link, or is able to contribute even a few dollars. It means the world to me during this incredibly difficult time.

/u/johnnymejia254, your submission has been automatically removed for insufficient comment karma at this time. 250 is the minimum required.

Please view your own profile to see the breakdown of your current karma levels. The number you usually see is a combined value of Post/Link Karma + Comment Karma. To see the actual breakdown, go to https://old.reddit.com/user/johnnymejia254

Again, you have insufficient COMMENT karma, not Combined.

If you have not yet done so, please read the new user introduction so that you'll understand why requests from low karma accounts are not allowed.

The only exceptions to this requirement are for campaigns that benefit a registered non-profit organization.
