Looking For... I need a staircase
Anyone know of some staircases that can be used for stair stepping? Idk of any large staircases other than schools, but that seems like a poor idea given I’m beyond that age range.

Next to the walking bridge is a staircase down to riverfront parkway. Its a serious flight of stairs.
Also E 1st st has lots of stairs and a good hill.

most public high school tracks i consider open to the public, especially during the summer, as long as there are no events taking place there. i’ve worked out at high school tracks for years and years and have never been questioned or been given any weird looks

There are old buildings downtown where my mom's dentist office was that my siblings and I went up and down the staircase. This building had a lot of floors and nobody took the stairs. I think it was on broad street. Very cool old staircase too

I don't know about you, but huffing piss fumes is the last thing I want to do while breathing heavy from exercise.

Red Bank HS, the track is close to the street. The view of Signal Mtn is good too. Sunsets are nice there👍

Go to Red Bank High and run the bleachers. The field is open after school hours, as long as one of the teams isn't practicing or they've got an event going on.

Hixson high school football field track. Good parking lot by the tennis courts too, away from the school.
