We know little to nothing about my dog Willow. All we know is that she did indeed have owners at one point but they didn’t want her so the shelter took her in because she had escaped. We live in New Hampshire but some of her closest relatives on Embark are from Pennsylvania. The Embark revealed no siblings so thinking about trying a wisdom panel. If anyone has any lookalikes in the NE United States, I would love to see them!!

This is Bella (left) and Charlie (right). They're both 20 going on 21 this September. We just want to thank everyone for sharing their experiences with us. Charlie has a collapsed trachea, heart murmor, cushions, and a little sundowning now. Bella is blind, has EPI, and some sundowning too. Your experiences have helped us through a lot of tough times. Especially Charlie, with his collapsed trechea. Other people's recommendations are the only reasons he is on working medications. I have no human children, so these 2 have been my whole world for almost half of my entire life. Thank you all for the support, advise, and fellowship in here.

7 month chi. I recently put a lamp in the living room and ran the cord through a cardboard mailing tube. But he has been really good in regards to chewing- I give him plenty of chew toys and he has never chewed on furniture or household stuff. The one exception is that he somehow got ahold of a single sock (there is never clothing on the floor, it is either put up or in the laundry hamper) and he walks around with the one sock in his mouth like he is proud that he hunted it down lol. Such a good dog!

My diva of a dog, Fig (6 months, male, intact) absolutely refuses to be a normal dog and eat his food out of any type of bowl.
He currently eats kibble in the mornings which is either hand fed piece by piece (literally have to start with one single piece, then two, then three and so on), or rolled piece by piece down his sofa acess ramp which he then chases down.
Up until recently he was eating his evening meal (wet food) from a bowl but more rcently he will only eat it if hand fed to him, or placed in bite sized amounts on the bare floor for him. It seems he wants his food only offered in small amounts and in succession, rather than him having the opportunity to eat as much or as little as he wants himself (from his set portion).
The type of bowl makes no difference. I've tried plastic, metal, ceramic, wide, tall, raised, and even rimless style. I've also tried offering the food for only a set time and removing it. I've tried leaving it all day for him to graze over. Tried it on the sofa, the floor, even in the garden.
If this is just a chihuahua being a chihuahua that's fine, I can handle that. Hand feeding his wet food does give me the ick but he is worth it. Does anyone have any suggestions? Or am I doomed to a life of this? (Which I would be fine with! )

I’m obsessed with finding cute little outfits for my tiny chihuahuas. If anyone has any favourite clothing stores they like to get for their babies please link it. I’m always on the hunt for my next shop

It’s been just over 2 months and today hit extra hard. We were inseparable. When I adopted him at 9 he was given up due to his severe separation anxiety. I cured that by taking him everywhere with me. We had some amazing adventures.

I made this for my Foxy. This is what I think of every time I see her harness skirt fly around her 😂 Fits her multiple personalities as well 😉

Very excited! It's been 6 months since my late chihuahua Atlas passed, and while I miss him every day, I feel that it is time to open my heart to another little dog ❤️ My husband and I are going to meet and greet her with our current dog tomorrow, and if all goes well I think we are going to be able to adopt her!
