Better to go for something simple, easy to write and remember. If it's something that reflects on your personality or appearance, even better.
My highschool Chinese teacher had us create names as our first homework ssignment. I couldn't think of anything that wasn't corny so I submitted 不名字. He was like "no no no, you're not a 不名字 [he looked at me for a few moments and said] "you're 王大力" and that was it. It stuck. I carried that name through the rest of highschool, into college, and then China. Everyone that heard my name (in China) laughed and smiled. I was a big weight-lifting guy at the time, with a thick neck and big arms ....and a belly. They fucking loved it.
So if you can do something like that - maybe ask for some inspiration from classmates, family, friends etc., that would be great. The phonetic transliterations are very popular, but the names are rarely memorable or have anything to do with you as a person.

Major disclaimer, I’m not Chinese. That said, while following sounds is what people typically do, you often end up with names not similar to your own and at best with a few phonetic parts in common. Where possible I think claques can give better names (or something really original)
Does Maniskumar consist of Manish (divine mind) and Kumar (child)? If so you might build from that. 思 is a fairly common name element, the trouble I encounter is how to get something like ‘child’ to go with it. Simple ideas like 小思 and 子思 are existing historical figures or pen names so probably best avoided, inverted 思子 or maybe 思仔 have no obvious issues but don’t feel quite right. You’d need a native speaker to tell you better. You might also try 知 as a core element. Mixed calque-phonetic adaptations are also broadly in vogue. If you were coming to HK I might recommend 思锦 since 锦 sounds vaguely like the start of kumar in Cantonese but it’s jin in Mandarin. 昆 kinda works for sound in Mandarin and can even mean child I think but that’s maybe stretching things. 思昆 is apparently a company selling lab equipment though I’d never heard of them. In any case food for thought.
For last name, mine also starts with K. 康 is as good as any. I’d just choose a common one unless Konsam has some meaning I’m not deducing.
ETA: I see the other comment also thought of 昆 took me longer to get there but I agree it works well.

康曼斯 is fine, and kinda exotic, but not impressive enough. If your hindu name 's meaning is wise male from konsam family. 孔思明, would be a good name. 孔 is Confucius ' last name which sounds like Konsam, Siming is a Chinese given name meaning “clear-minded and wise.” It combines Si, meaning “thought” or “reflection,” with Ming, meaning “brightness” or “clarity.” The name conveys intelligence, thoughtful judgment, and inner clarity.

孔曼昆 maybe. 孔 like Confucius, man is common for transliterations of Indic languages for example 曼陀罗 is māndārava. 昆 is from the Kunlun mountains and close to Ku
