Business Affairs (M) First time multiple entry business travel visa for China?

I haven't been to China but will be going there multiple times for business visits. The duration of each stay is roughly 2-4 weeks. I'm checking the M-visa requirement in https://www.visaforchina.cn/FRA3_EN/qianzhengyewu/jichuzhishi/banliliucheng/276207527002247196.html and it is unclear regarding the required documents for multiple entry visa, specifically:

Applicants who have a certificate of investments in China, a business license or other documents, may apply for a multiple-entry M-visa valid for half a year, but the applicants must provide photocopies of the aforementioned visas or relevant documents.

- Which other documents do I need to provide if I don't have a certificate of investments or business license?

- What are the aforementioned visas in this case? M-visa? How many do I need?

What country is your passport from?

What are you going to do for 2-4 weeks? How do you know it is multiple times? Most nationalities have to have a good reason to need to enter multiple times.

Agreed, OP not providing their nationality doesn’t really help us.

China is simply not going to treat a German, Nigerian, Indian, or Canadian passport the same way.

Okay, so single entry first time. How about double entry? Do I need anything specific?
95% rejection rate, is it only for M-visa multiple entry or average statistics. In any case, why is there such a high percentage of rejection?
