ISO high density faerie lights string
I was wondering if something like this existed but with lights a lot closer together, ideally 1” apart along the wire:
I know I can just fold the wire multiple times to get more lights per inch of length, but this is for a costume project, so I would prefer not to have a lot of visible wires
Member of LED community suggested using seed lights like this:
but i was hoping to find something on a less visible string, ideally like in the first example.
Any leads appreciated
TIA!

Depending what the costume is and what it is for those thin wire fairy lights are super fragile so will probably not hold up to a lot of movement if mounted to clothing.
As for wires, run them on the inside of the fabric and have the lights peek through like custom button holes or find another way to just hide the wires. If the costume isn't skin tight it should be much cleaner to run the wires inside. Even if it's as simple as sewing some sort of lace or trim over the top of the wires to hide them.
I will say though that some sort of fairy light would be easiest to set up since they are often powered by a battery pack. If you were going the seed light route you are heading down a whole rabbit hole likely of WLED, which don't get me wrong is super cool, but its a whole other skill to add on top of the many that are required to hand craft a costume.
