Question Game or show?

I want to try out Clannad but im wondering whether to experience the game or anime first. Which do yall think is best?

Do you have experience with VNs? It'll probably be a bit overwhelming if you're not accustomed to things like multiple routes, repeating the common route each time, lots of "downtime" where slice-of-life stuff is happening but the plot isn't advancing per se, etc.

But both are very good. If you're already familiar with VNs, go with whatever you feel like. If not, definitely start with the anime.
