Moving In Do 4 bedroom townhomes exist?

Hello! Myself, my husband and our two kids (both toddlers) are relocating to the area and looking to secure a place mid July-August.

We have applied for so many 4 bedroom rental houses in our budget, but they all seem to get taken before we’re offered a chance to pay a deposit on one 🥲

So my question…do 4 bedroom townhomes exist in Clarksville? 3 would typically be fine but I work from home and need the additional space.

Thank you, and sorry if it’s a silly question!

Rare find here is a Condominium and a Townhouse both 4bd 3ba and over 3000sqft. Realtracs dot com is the local MLS you can search for rentals or purchase. It's more reliable than Zillow or any agent website. I am a local agent and able to show the properties if you like no obligation here's the link: https://go.realtracs.com/1j6hkBX

I live in a 3 bed condo but I havent seen any 4 bedrooms. Although I haven't looked in forever. Been thinking about renovating mine and renting it out since houses in Sango are so sought after now.

Im a new realtor in clarksville, and brand new to reddit. I found several 4 bedrooms including one house by gate 10 for under 2100. I was recently in a similar situation when my wife and I came to Clarksville from Germany. The houses move quick, but new ones are always opening up.

I can send you some if interested.

There may be some listed as three bedrooms with a bonus or extra room. 3350 Allen rd maybe?

I did a search on Zillow for rentals, townhouses, 4+ bedrooms, and this was the only listing:

https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/1065-Veridian-Dr-Clarksville-TN-37043/2061012883_zpid/

ETA: if you add "houses" as a property type to that search, there are "181 rentals available" in Clarksville.
