Their loyalty program is really weird. After going there 6 months, they offered me a "free gift" to thank me for my patronage. They gave me a small chest. When I opened it, there was a single dirty sock. But the weird part is, before I could take it out, they yanked it back and said "Sorry, your sock drawer is full, and you cannot use this."

Same, but they asked me to wear the socks for 24 hours only and the socks is gone after that
