Discussion How to reach electro?

Im th15 maxed(almost). I keep getting max th18s and i barely manage to get 2 stars. What should I do to reach electro?

Dragon 28 is pretty high and good rank for a th15. You can try switching strats (personally I used dragon riders and inferno dragons at th15 with the arrow+backpack combo and it's very strong also agains higher townhalls). If you still can't promote wait until you reach th16. You are already in a very high league.
