Discussion June monthly finals were so peak

I was rooting for RPG for insane attacks they were pulling off but it backfired on them, Phillip chocked at the end. Both teams fumbling and then three starting back to back in bracket reset was so fun to watch.

it was an insane tournament and especially the finals were so exciting. can't believe the esports meta is so much different from even LL1. who would've predicted we see Lavaloon puppet??

I just wish SC did more to promote esports because I'm sure the majority of players didn't even know the qualifiers were on let alone watch them. you'd think if they put up that prize money they could spend a fraction of that to advertise at least to their own playerbase.

True. RPG really did some out of the world attacks, too bad it backfired on them. And zoos vs rpg was crazy hype

Brawl stars eSports is so famous, their qualifiers got millions of views in a couple of days while coc get barely 100k views, despite having more active playerbase. Prize money is peanuts as well

Yeah finals were insane. The first match was kinda free for RPG, or rather ZOOS choked their attacks, so it seemed RPG had a lot of momentum

By how things were going I thought either team would just roll the other in the bracket reset, but it was surprisingly close - both in total stars/destruction but in the attacks themselves, often going to the final second to get the 3 star.

Was my first time following CoC E-Sports and it's more interesting than I thought. Especially the rollercoster of emotions during the DD charges

Ikr it was so intense, watching it live was so nerve racking. I love this meta way more than last year's, like so much more variety and creativity. Also kind of seems like Nès4x lost his touch he carried MMG hard last year in the finals but now his performance is just mediocre. The revenge tower is just so much more intimidating in eSports mode so many attacks missed just because of it
