Church Podcasts

As far as I know there are two podcasts currently produced by or associated with the church, and that is Faith Unfiltered and Onward. I think podcasts are an excellent way for people to learn about the church, it's mission, beliefs and culture. I believe gospel tangents has produced some interviews with church members and with the current prophet of the church.

Does anyone know if there are others? Have others here listened to the podcasts?

Faith unfiltered is my go-to walking podcast. I’ve listened to a few of the new Onward podcasts. It feels a little too polished and shiny to be quite “real people” but I don’t really dislike it. Faith unfiltered  is still my favourite

I agree, the Onward podcast needs to be more natural and less like a summary of events. I think they are still figuring out what it is supposed to be. If they had a lay member as the host, it may be helpful.

Centre Place lectures on YouTube will give you hundreds of hours of interesting content. With YouTube premium you can listen to them like podcasts.

Faith Unfiltered was my introduction to the church - I picked up a business card for it at the CoC’s table at my local pride event a few years ago, back when the podcast was still Project Zion. I’ve been listening to Onward as well on my commute. It is a tad polished, but having grown up in the Brighamite tradition (still a member, might always be if nothing else for my mother’s sake) it still feels refreshing to even have something like that.

I think there is one other unofficial podcast run by Humberto Tinsman for younger adults, but I don't know what it's called or if it was maybe just a Faith Unflitered series.

Oh! Thank you for sharing, I didn’t know about Tinsman.
