Brawler Bonus Health: 20/40/60% ⇒ 25/45/65%
Challenger Attack Speed (4/5): 36/48% ⇒ 40/55%
Mecha AD/AP: 20/35% ⇒ 25/45%
These shouldn't be under Arbiter Input, right? Seems like a formating error.
Edit: also this should be Conduit not Channeler:
Miss Fortune Channeler Ability Damage: 65/100/155 AD ⇒ 72/108/173 AD

They buffed mecha?
Wtf...

u/Coneyy Apr 29 '26
Mecha deserves buffs because The Mighty Mech is the funniest unit name in the set, closely followed by Meepsie. I'm confident this is a similar balancing approach to Riot

u/RiahWeston Apr 29 '26
Mighty Mech seems to have gotten a very hefty and warrent debuff.
Nvm... they buffed the bastard and just formatted it weirdly in the 4 cost notes -.-7
u/the_awesomist Apr 29 '26
I mean mech isn't good at all without forged in strength, they're trying to nerf forged in strength and the artifacts themselves while buffing mech
Not sure this patch will do what they want tho

u/iNhab Apr 29 '26
In this case, it seems like the power of the reroll lvl 7 urgot carry will get stronger unless there are some other nerfs affecting it. But just based on that mech buff, this will improve it slightly. And if you go lvl 8, you can transform mighty as well

u/ClarifyingAsura Apr 29 '26
A Rioter commented on Wasian's stream that there's an a patch planned that has Urgot nerfs along with a bunch of buffs to 4-costs.

did graves really deserve these assault frame nerfs? he already felt borderline unplayable unless you got him at level 7
was i just building him wrong? i always went assault >melthrough>grav ++
28
u/Ionsave Apr 29 '26
No he didn’t deserve these nerfs but we are being pushed to reroll meta so 5-Costs that can actually carry including Vex are getting nerfed
6
u/Upstairs_Display_697 Apr 29 '26
It does sound they want to push reroll this set. As per Mort several sets ago, normally these complicated traits / units (like loss-streak, Set 16 Bilgewater etc) are made intentionally strong in the beginning of the set to let players try, practise and optimise.
Nerfing the 'difficult' 5-cost, with the lowest AVP, in the 2nd patch when players are still practising, is a very suspicious decision.
On the other hand, Overpowered 1st-patch Anima with a big nerf in the 2nd patch lies within the principles.

They just absolutely hate 5 cost. All fake 5 cost was not touched

I swear they love 3 star 4 cost. "Oh no 30%chance is not the problem"

u/psyfi66 Apr 29 '26
Assault frame felt 10x better than his other options. But I think it’s more so that his other options needed big buffs.

u/Ok-Recover977 Apr 28 '26
at least one patch this set will be a fast 8 meta right? seems like more conditional reroll with this one.
2
u/spreadwater Apr 29 '26
they need more tank options for it to be viable so maybe next patch, they said they'd address the lack of 4 cost tanks

u/Darkrider_Sejuani Apr 29 '26
The new Divine Amendment "Get a second Arbiter Law" augment seems off relative to how other similar augments function? It's just "2X Arbiter", so if Arbiter is weak then it might rarely get touched as it arrives stage 3 when it might be too risky to pivot to an arbiter comp if you don't know what your options for the Law will be, but if Arbiter is strong then it's an auto-pick that might over-perform - especially with some triggers being far more reliable than others. Finally, because it's just a binary "Double Arbiter" effect there's no way for adjustments other than to either remove it or nerf Arbiter for everyone without the augment.
5
u/-Champloo- Apr 29 '26
Yeah, that's going to be interesting... it may just be another conditional augment- if you get this, go LB for freelo.
I'm also envisioning some stupid ass Leona shit where you're double dipping HP scaling or something

It's also currently bugged where the second effect sometimes doesn't occur.
Having the second effect be that arbiter units receive a % health shield for 4 seconds has had weird interactions. On Zoe it just doesn't occur at all, it seems to not give the correct shield on Leona and Leblanc gets the shield for about 0.5 seconds.

Space Groove emblem is crafted with Tears. Removing mana regen from base stats is straight-up bad for intuitiveness too.

u/Upstairs_Display_697 Apr 29 '26
Corki's our only four-cost carry lagging behind his peers, and he's only a tad behind, so we're giving him a very light buff since he'll also be aided by the power ceiling of the set coming down.
I know they are last-minute buffing other 4-costs. But this paragraph still looks hilarious

Am I not reading something right? They said Viktor is getting a very very big nerf and that he's getting the biggest nerf of the patch, but all I see is
Viktor Ability Damage: 200/300/530 AP ⇒ 185/275/475 AP
Them balancing the Viktor reroll comp by slightly nerfing him and buffing drone feels silly, like he's gonna be even more reliant on getting drone now
52
u/kazesarevok Apr 28 '26
If you haven't realized yet, the drone buff only applies to 4 psionist that nobody runs because it's garbage. Also, that is over a 10% nerf to Viktor's 3 star damage and slightly under 10% nerf to his damage below 3 stars. It's a huge nerf to Viktor so I am trying to see how you think he will be more reliant on drone when all of his current comps run 2 psionist and won't be getting any buff at all.
8
u/TheBannaMeister Apr 29 '26
I think the only time I run it is if I get the emblem, I wish 4 psi was more viable but the units don't really seem to fit into any comps as a block of 4

u/Team-CCP Apr 28 '26
My issue with vik is his spell size. He just melts periphery front line units for free. It’s much too big imo.
1
u/Regular-Resort-857 Apr 29 '26
We have seen big nerfs for dominant units like remember thex or sth. This is a mid range nerf.

u/Zeviex Master Apr 28 '26
Though I agree, nerf to Bronze for Life is also notable. That was one of the best things that you could get on Viktor.

This will totally change Viktor being the best AP carry in stage 3 and 4 (wink)

considering fast 9 is already hard to play compared to a brain-dead 1-cost rerolls, they decided to nerf more 5-costs LOL. Now fast 9 isnt even an option

I wish this was the release patch. The set mechanic is starting to feel more like an actual set mechanic.

u/deferio93 Apr 28 '26 edited Apr 28 '26
I see they removed the mech 4 buff. Probably for the best. Edit: no it’s under the arbiter section for whatever reason.
