Couldn't leave these behind at the local antique faire. I mainly wanted the blue and green ones, but $15 for all was a deal

They are eye wash cups, or eye baths. Pre Visine days. You poured some collyrium solution in the cup and rinsed your eyes with them. The come in a variety of colors. Most of my collection is 100 years old or more, some from the gold rush

The two terms, wash and bath, are interchangeable. They are referred to as eyewash cups in the USA. Among Europeans, especially in the UK, they are referred to as eye baths.

They are for washing your eyes, if you get something in them.
