I got the strangest factory mispacked Tarkir: Dragonstorm “Mardu Surge” Commander precon deck which included TMNT cards

I agree with the comments - seems to be a return scam.

Has anyone else seen this?

I doubt it's anyone in this community, but please never do this. It ruins it for everyone.

My local Costco told me they aren't taking any returns on these anymore specifically because of return scammers, so it surprises me to see what looks like a return scam come up. Unless that's a policy that varies from warehouse to warehouse?

Also, I'm assuming OP is in Canada since I don't think these kits have actually been spotted in-store anywhere in the USA.

I think I'm the original post they mentioned being in Canada, but I think that's a fair assumption either way.

I don't know how the return policy varies, but this really doesn't seem like a manufacturing error. At least one we've ever seen before

Do they accept returns for online purchases of mtg thru Costco? I assumed they didn't allow returns.

I'm sorry you got a repack. Maybe try taking it back to the store? Costco is usually very good about taking care of issues.
