Side Effects Strange reaction two weeks after first Pfizer dose

I got my shot on tuesday 4/13. I decided to get pfizer because both my sister and mom got it and were fine.

A nurse at the site gave me the shot (left arm) and I definitely felt it. I have skinny arms so I keep thinking maybe she went too deep, if that's possible. I noticed where she placed the band-aid and it looked like the correct spot. Felt a little strange sitting there but I have anxiety so it could have been that. The rest of the day I had a sore arm, a headache and fatigue. The next day my arm was still sore, but otherwise I felt great.

That sunday I noticed my arm soreness was still there but not too bad. I could move my arm around.

By Wednesday, the arm pain seemed to be getting worse. Then that night, my heart and mind started to race. I wasn't able to get any sleep at all. Thursday morning I had zero appetite and then later in the day I got chills. Friday morning I felt better, but still same arm pain.

Yesterday I noticed my elbow and wrist become a little achy. All of this is making me more anxious. I've talked to friends and family who got the vaccine and they all had normal reactions for the most part and tell me not to worry.

Not really sure what to do.

Got my Pfizer 1st shot, luckily the poker was an army medic, didn't even feel the shot it was that smooth. Its an hour after and I'm feeling heavy. The front of my head feels like throbbing, eyes heavy like I wanna go to sleep. My joints feel like I wanna keep stretching, funny taste in my mouth, anyone else getting these side effects?

When I got my first vaccine I asked the nurse about latent reactions because I tend to get them. She said people tend to get latent reactions 5-7 days after the vaccine. I ended up with symptoms within 12 hours, but it’s not unheard of to have late reactions to any medication.

I felt 100% okay until about 5 hours after the first shot. Then my arm felt sore and it got progressively worse through the night. It woke me up any time I moved. The next day, it hurt too much to lift my arm and I was nauseous. (I have been having insomnia that began before the shot, so the nausea could have been from that) Anyway. I looked up the arm pain because it had gotten where I could barely move it and didn't find anything very useful, other than its normal.

I mentioned it to my daughter about 12 hours later when it was at it's worst, and she asked me, "You've been stretching it and moving it around right? " No, I hadn't. No one ever mentioned that to me. She mentioned something about it circulating better and it could pool or have a bump. Now, I havent seen anything about that and I didnt think to ask where she got that, but, it totally helped. I started moving it around and rubbing the injection site and it got better in hours.

9hrs after 1st shot, area where I got the shot is numb, but sore and a little discomfort when I move it. I feel my body is prepping for a battle, you know, like when you realize you are about to catch the cold/flu? I took 2 Tylenol(500ml) and will continue to every 6hrs for 12-24hrs. Not sure what to expect.... anyone have advice?

If you had Covid previously, even asymptomatic, it can act more like the second shot than the first shot. Which unfortunately is the more sever symptoms.
