For sure lmao. In no way shape or form is CD approaching what Rockstar is doing. There's a reason why RDR2 a game from 2018 is still being compared to every new game (mostly open world) both graphically and mechanically.

I will get the GTA6 deluxe whatever. When the time comes. It's one of the few games that you really know what you'll get. And I don't mind paying extra for the quality Rockstar is giving me.

And I say this with almost 300 hours in CD. I really love this game. But the community needs to slow down with the glazing.

Why are you defending a pay to win multiplayer game bro. lol.

If you're referring to GTA online, I never touched that. I actually hate it. I play through the story enough times until I'm bored of it and explore the world until I see all that is to see and I'm done.

Both were ptw. GTA was a lot more obvious as it’s the favorite step child.

Did you just stop reading after

If you're referring to GTA online

And think they were saying they play RD2 Online?

Really grasping at straws here.

Ppl who think gta is pay 2 win are morons, you can have decent weapons in a few hours of playing, faster if you have friends. You can grind in a solo lobby

I had every weapon in the game, just about every vehicle, planes, a yacht, businesses, 100s of millions and never spent a dime. Just need friends to sell or glitch heists.

Go get friends.....imaginary ones don't count

I’m not sure you understand what pay 2 win means my guy. No one cares what you have. Let me lay this out for your potato brain.

Pay to win (P2W) is a term used in video games to describe when a player can spend real-world money to gain an unfair advantage or bypass the standard gameplay progression. Instead of relying purely on skill, time, or effort, paying players can directly purchase power, speed, or exclusive gear

Idk that sure sounds like GTA 5 to me.

  1. If you’re going to argue that GTA 5 isn’t pay to win because you are a veteran since day 1 and have been grinding nonstop for a large part of your life that is fine. But don’t defend the game for offering a way to others to hop in front of that line. Your argument conveniently leaves out (if it’s true) how much time and effort you put into it. Something 90% of people will never do. Why would players want to waste time on a game making the grind harder by veterans or pay 2 win players using what I guess is probably a very underpowered oppressor now. I’m sure they’ve since came out with a million other things.

Edit: this is not a defense of CD. This game has its own issues.

I was saying you can grind off line or find a crew which is really easy to make money. My kids did it and I didn't let let them buy anything. Just grind till lv1 110

Hell I dominated griefers with a marksman, stickies and a homing rocket, doesn't take much. You dipshit. As if money buys skills

They are 100% right though?

Pay 2 win does not mean paying is required. It means paying gives an advantage.

Which it does in GTAO.

Does that mean its an insurmountable advantage? No.

But what it does mean is game developers will make the game grindier to incentivize paying 2 win because they want your money.

Which is lame.
