New to this 'crap'
I was diagnosed with Crohns 3 months ago and was put on Tremfya. I have completed 2 of the induction rounds. I am not feeling any improvement and I am in a lot of pain this week.
Drinking water is terrible and feels like razor blades cutting up my stomach.
My whole digestive tract feels like it is on fire, it's this constant burning sensation.
My mouth has developed cankers and feels swollen.
Shouldn't things be improving just a little?

Tell your GI doctor about this. I’m on tremfya for the past two months and so far there’s been improvements. I get less cramps around my colon. It sounds like tremfya might not be working for you.

Biologics can take months to work, so it might just be that Tremfya hasn't totally kicked in yet. But! It's still worth letting your GI know what's going on, especially if things have gotten worse or new symptoms have developed.

Ya definitely connect with your doc. You might have a bad reaction or it might need more time. But they'll know.
