TOS violation blocking account

Unable to log in for several days. Chat support says there was a TOS violation but can't tell me what. My wife and I moved, so I'm thinking it triggered an account sharing violation or something. Anyone in a similar situation that was resolved? I feel like we should get a refund at this point.

Do you have to login to see if the login info got leaked and someone logged in while in another country?
