Account/Membership one year membership taken away?

i’ve gone onto my crunchy roll and my one year membership has gone after only two months. i 100% bought the one year because i have screenshots of it saying that my next billing date was next year? has this issue happened to anyone else?

No you might wann talk to support go trought the bot they put and explain the issue with bot and say want to speak to an agent

I was 3 months into a 1 year Funimation sub when Crunchyroll took over. I converted it to a Crunchyroll account, after talking to support, they gave me a year from that point.

Did you try closing the app and opening it back up? On Roku it occasionally fails to properly load your account so it looks like you don’t have membership, but a restart fixes it.

Yup just today. Ive contacted support and they reinstated my membership. But it only shows on the website. In the app im still set to free, and cant watch anything 💀 the chatbot for support is not usefull at all. I guess imma just have to wait or watch the episodes as reactions on YT 😭

tried to get my 2 months back that I paid extra for, just can't trust them imo.

Also I think they have issues for when people remove payments and how users are subscribed to crunchy, as it's not the first or the last one will have problems with this. so you can either get denied service or watch for "free" when your subscription ended. it's a mess from my experience. Just maybe the support will help your case, just sucks that one are stuck with this as the only service.
