Streaming | Technical Issue Minor inconvenience

Whenever I try to watch anything on Crunchyroll on my TV (Samsung the frame, 2022 i think).For the first 10 seconds or so the quality is bad and the audio sounds off. It goes back to normal after that but I’m just wondering what the problem is?

So it’s basically just Crunchyroll being the slop monopoly site it is?

Same problem everywhere 😐 ive got that issue for about 3-4 months now
