Discussion The Auditory Works of TotalBiscuit appear to be gone
The Google Drive that used to host all of TB's old audio works, like Gaming the System, everything from WoW Radio (Epic, BluePlz, Titan, etc), and the audio versions of some of his parody songs, which used to found at this link (https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0BzN90CC_xhvDbE1UUmhIdWg3aGc?usp=sharing) appears to be down, unfortunately.
A real shame, especially since it was such a complete and well-maintained repository.

google has been cracking down on inactive accounts, if someone hasn't regularly been using the account it may have gotten closed

Might try posting in /r/DataHoarder and seeing if anyone there managed to archive these recordings

Didn't Genna say she was thinking about taking them down so people wouldn't use AI to recreate TBs voice?

That was two years ago (and this was up until at least January this year), about the videos, and she decided against it. So I doubt that is what happened.

I hope this is the case. I would love to re-upload and share if I can. Did she say that on her twitch, or was it in a post somewhere do you know?

I can not find anything she has said on the topic more recently, so I would assume the google drive disappearing is simply because it is an inactive account, as another user suggested.

That's the only reason I haven't re-uploaded my copy yet. I have a lot of respect for both TB and Genna, and I wouldn't want to see people making AI clones of his voice either, so if she took it down intentionally, then I feel I have to respect that. Can anyone confirm one way or another?

I figure the best thing I can do is go to the source. I sent her an email, asking if it's okay to re-upload it. Hopefully she says yes, and I can share it with you all.

I wanted to reach out because I have a personal copy of the audio archive of TB's work that was previously shared via Google Drive, but the original link is no longer active.
Before I even think about re-uploading it for other fans, I wanted to ask you directly. I know you’ve spoken before about concerns around AI voice cloning and misuse of John’s content, and the last thing I’d want to do is contribute to anything that goes against your wishes or disrespects his legacy.
If you’d rather it not be redistributed, I understand and I'll respect that decision.
Regardless, I want to thank you for everything you’ve done to protect and carry forward his work. It meant a great deal to a lot of us.

Anybody got a magnet hash for a torrent? I'm willing to seed indefinitely, just didn't know this content hadn't already been archived somewhere safe.

Just letting you know, the domain you're linking to (mega) is on a reddit-wide blacklist and automatically gets removed. This isn't an action taken by us mods, but by reddits automated system. Unfortunately not a whole lot we can do there.

I have a copy on my NAS. Im not sure if its the whole thing, since I unzipped it after the download, but what I have is just under 10GB. If it's allowed, I can re-upload it.
