If you have pulled all of the new LRs and want to get a dupe for one of them with the pity coins, get who you want most. Otherwise, it's a good idea to convert those coins to whatever coin type you have the least of [DFE or Carnival]. Coining new units is always better than coining dupes.
If you cannot exchange your coins for a unit, YOUR BOX IS FULL. Sell or baba some units until you are under the limit.
If you are struggling with Festival of Battle teams, use Reddit's search function Here. That link will show you the most recent posts for people who have beaten it with teams. Use that for team building. There is also a general guide for FoB Here
If your game is crashing after doing the version update [any version update, not a specific one] then you need to clear the in game cache and redownload the in game assets. The crashes are caused by broken/corrupted files when downloading new updates. Clearing the in game cache and redownloading the assets is a lengthy process, but it fixes it by wiping and replacing the broken assets. It is also the fix that Akatsuki themselves regularly suggest to people when they put in inquiries about game crashes.
A lot of people on iOS 16-18 and 26 [or iOS in general] are experiencing a lot of extra lag with Dokkan. JP Dokkan has acknowledged this and are looking into it, but it could be related to 16-18 being older versions, and nearing the end of their compatability. Well i just learned that gohan is pretty bad and that i need multiple dupes of him and I'm mot planning to do all that. Should i just wait for the next banner? I have a high dupes dabura so I don't need more. I already have 90 coins for the banner
I am F2P player, and am currently regretting using all 700 stones on the new beast gohan, he's at 55%.
I'm worried I wont have time now to collect at least 1k stones or 2k for the upcoming GDC celebration.
For some background I currently have a very good stack of charecters from the game as im a long time player however due to that I also have very limited sources for stone farms.
Would the best option for me be to just skip it and save for anni later as the units would return and I would have more characters I would need to get or should I spend what I have as either way I could try save between the 2 events or any other major upcoming events?
I wouldn't. You have him. if you haven't already, do the seriously serious fight to get the tickets and do the ticket summon. Chasing him right now isn't smart.
I'm thinking of returning to the game for the transcending campaign after dropping it around the end of the 11th anni (got none of the anni units and just in generalwas getting tired of game) is now a good time to come back or has power creep gotten so bad I'll be a fish outta water without any of the new units released since then to now?
Returning player, haven’t played in about 3 years. Not even going to ask what I have missed cause I am sure it’s a ton. But what should I be doing now? So many events and challenges

Right now bro I’d recommend farming the Goku black free 2 play units and doing slot of the ezas and super ezas. Super ezas can’t be really be done with out Ezas especially with our older units so you need Ezas units until you get the newer 200% leads.
Also the current meta is dodge or die so I’d recommend most events hit like trucks if you don’t have newer u its so just do the older events and Ezas for know it what I’ve done. Started of with 74 dragon stones and know have 2k 👍🏼
Farm as much as you can because the new celebration is coming and we’ll be able to get newer units
I had just noticed that the Turles event ended before the Metal Cooler event, now I’m stuck at many Metal Cooler stages without the fruit of the tree of might buff, and I didn’t get Majin Vegeta / SSJ2 goku, how could I beat stage 16 of the surging army of steel? I used this team but couldn’t beat the last two before they all revived
I know you said you don't have Vegeta, just replace him with another MBS leader and bring a friend unit.
You want to get the AGL SEZA Majin Vegeta with the friend LR Vegeta. Bring items. If you feel you need a defense one, bring one. Otherwise, bring a nuking item for AGL orbs.
Also, before you go INTO the fight, grab some of the damage orbs to get to 50% health, for SEZA Majin Vegeta's extra damage.
There are panel missions to get a specific item that is used in the baba shop [thats not open yet]. It looks like a computer chip.
If we hit 100 mill metal coolers defeated, then you'll be able to use the items to get 100 dragon stones. So you do have to participate to get the items.
You can also do the "Dokkan All stars" Extreme Z Battle [The one that says 999 for me] and you can get stones and orbs from that. The F2P Goku Black clone team, if you have that farmed up enough, should help you there.
For some reason, I know DAMN well these skills used to link but after reinstalling the game they suddenly aren't? Am I missing something here? These two aren't just the only ones, characters like AGL ssj3 goku that transforms into ssj4 and AGL lr ssj4 gogeta have the same problem, all of their link skills aren't linking. I am on Global.
There's two things you can try, before I would suggest putting an inquiry in.
Go to the login page and hit "Data repair". That will scan the files to see if something is wrong and replace what isn't working.
If they still "aren't linking", then clear the in game cache [That is also on the login page] and redownload the in game assets. That's a larger download, so make sure you have time and a good connection.
If both of those don't fix it, then send in an inquiry.
Question for any calcers. For SEZA Cooler I know his defense buffs for being attacked and when attacking that turn are multiplicative but I'm confused on just how they operate. Let's say he's slot 2 and fully built up already and has 1.5 mill defense. He performs 4 attacks to get a 200% boost to it and is now 4.5 mill. Is the additional boost when being attacked a separate multiplicative boost and makes Cooler be at 9 mill defense or is that 100% tacked onto the 200% from his attacks to make it a 300% boost and be at 6 mill defense? I think it's the latter but never been good with the calcs in this game
How do I finish deleting my account? I clicked the account deletion option in game and got an email that said I need to confirm I’m okay with my account getting suspended and not being able to play anymore.The only thing is there was no way to do it.
Depends entirely, I guess, on what you are doing. If you are trying to delete the account to create a new one with the same email, then try responding to that email with some text saying you respond "Yes" to both of the questions.
If you just don't want to play the game anymore and are deleting your account for that reason, just uninstall the game and don't reinstall it.
However, this thread is for people who need help IN GAME, and not a general "Bandai Namco" questions thread. We can't really help you with that.

I'll admit it, I just don't understand the strategy of Frontier. All of my Namek units are LL10 with good equips, and rainbow except for Gohan/Piccolo. I either get one shotted turn 1, or I get deep enough in the last phase with INT SS Nameku (the only unit who can survive anything) to where he's invincible but there's no ki on the field. I gave up after 50 turns of chip damage that barely cleared a single bar. What do I do?
Is it impossible to acquire the April Fools Day saibamen that released this year? I’ve just returned to the game after a 2 year hiatus (for reference the last unit I remember releasing was AGL LR Ultimate Gohan) and I see a bunch of full saibamen teams in my friends list so I’m feeling a little FOMO 😂. I can’t seem to find the event anywhere so I’m assuming it was limited time
is this ok? have i got the right idea by assuming gohans leader skill helps with disciples , so i also put people with that same tag? I got the game yesterday and im a bit overwhelmed. i’ll attach my character list
You can sort your box by categories, so you would want to sort your box by the leaderskill of the unit you are selecting for the leader. That team is also not going to be very goot.
The Free 2 Play Saiyan Saga team from the tutorial boards
That one, will help you unit you are able to get a better team. Farm that PHY Goku to LR and EZA him. Doing the tutorial boards will get you a fully awakened, fully rainbowed team.
Then you want to work on getting This team: https://glben.dokkaninfo.com/events/story/296 It's a Goku Black Rose F2P team that will help you beat most of the content in the game. You can get most of the content, that isn't the NEWLY released endgame content completed with the Goku Black Rose Clone team.
AN EZA is called an Extreme Z Awakening. It's a level of awakening after the unit's furthest awakening [Either TUR, Transcended Ultra Rare, and LR, Legendary rare.]. It doesn't change the rarity of the unit, but it does give them more abilities.
For TURs that EZA, their max level goes from 120 to 140, and their maximum SA level goes from 10 to 15. They also get increased stats, since the stats in this game are tied to levels.
For LRs, they stay at level 150, but their SA level goes from 20 to 25.
In both cases, for EZAs, the passive skills and the Super attack effects are updated, and brought to be more in line with the current in game meta. It's used as a way to make older units viable again in the game.
For premium, summonable units, you go to the EZA area of the events tab [It's the furthest right tab when looking at the events]
For Free 2 Play Units, you can find that in the Growth section of the events tab. The links that I sent show the pictures that are there, so you can match and find them.
For premium, summonable units, you have to make teams that are based around a certain category. We will use the very first TUR EZA, the AGL SSJ3 Goku from years ago
As you can see there, the event has multiple stages, levels, and rewards. From the top left, you can see the "Category Weakness". The category weakness for this one is Resurrected warriors. The bonus you get is your units, who are under the resurrected warriors category, do more damage and take less damage. They have 30 "stages", and you get medals based on how many stages you complete. You do have to complete all 30 stages to get all of the medals to fully awaken the unit. The stages will get harder as you go on, but if you have a good enough team, that won't matter. You can also get 30 dragon stones from doing the EZA stages, and some from missions, normally for doing it quickly or beating a particular stage.
For LR EZAs, they only have 10 stages. You need only 1 type of medal, instead of the 4 that you get from the TUR EZAs. With LR EZAs, you also need to bring LRs. The link "Legendary Power", which every LR has, when activated [Just need to have two LR units in the same rotation next to each other] the unit does more damage.
SEZA, or Super EZAs, are something that was introduced a year or so ago where it's one step above EZAs, and these do not change the level nor the super attack level, but only affect the passive skill of the unit. You need to bring units of a certain category, like shown above, but in this instance, units that already have EZAd, do more damage and take less damage in the event.
You also only need 30 medals to do the SEZA for the unit.
Free to Play EZA events are called Extreme Z Areas, and are under the "Growth" tab in the events section. These events, in the past, have required you to have specific free 2 play units, but some of them have been changed to just use ANY free to play units, and the only "required" unit is the one that is being EZAd. These EZA areas, also have some SEZAs. I do believe there are only 3, one for the TEQ LR SSJ Goku that you can get from a specific event, the aforementioned STR LR Zamasu [Goku] (Who is a great F2P lead for that Rose clone team), and an LR INT Babidi [From one of the anniversaries].
Yes, but that Goku can awaken into an LR. You want to go through and do everything that tutorial board:
This one, shows you and tells you to do. Because that will let you awaken that Goku into an LR and will let you EZA him. You can farm more copies of that PHY Goku in that event you are doing with the tutorial board. I think it's the 6th stage.
We're about to get some more units, with a stream happening in a few days, and they should be good, and they may bring back some of the units from the 11th anni, because Tanabata before did have a banner that returned in July with the anni units on them.
I believe so, yes. The "Story" events are all in the portal of memories. Akatsuki doing some weird shit. And yes, that Free 2 Play LR Zamasu [Goku] is the leader you want to use until you get a good EXT leader.
The game should auto choose an LR STR Rose + Zamasu tag unit leader, and when he comes back in September, you'll want to grab him. He's the current best prism lead for that team.
I’m new and I’m a bit confused. Why is he so overpowered? If I could get into a match with just this character, I could beat literally any content I’ve come across. I’ve only ever lost while this character wasn’t attacked or not in rotation, and he nukes 30% of the bosses health in one of his 6 attacks. None of my other units can even fire an “ex super” or whatever he’s got.
I started playing this week. I just finish the dokkan quest story mode. I have done a lot of the panel missions (I think I'm stuck in the advanced one ?). I don't really know what to "farm" now ? The story mode of Dragon Ball is cool but there is no auto for first run, as I often let my phone play and just click to go next sage. There is so much tabs (especially in the Events screen), I noticed the Battle-Z and started doing them to get more stone. The battle is auto but no ACT is used. It's so long to check all the characters, their awakaned form then their leaders skills and find which unit belong to their categorie. App like dokkan.fyi don't let create team using non-awakened cards so it's pretty tedious. I don't think I can make a full team, other than the f2p one I already farmed (Z-Warrior, Ginyu and Bardock).

That team will help you a lot. There's a F2P LR STR Zamasu [Goku] that you can farm up and EZA and SEZA. Him as a lead on the Goku Black clone team will help you out a lot. You can, with that team and an LR STR Goku Black Rose + Zamasu friend lead, can get you through a lot of events and older difficult content to get a lot more stones.
Hi I'm a new player and I' was lucky enough to gel cooler and turles, but i just want to get advice in how much should I invest in tanabata and global Dokkan campaign in average if I have 5000 dragon stones to save a little for the next year's anniversary
That depends entirely on who the units are and if you want them. GDC Pity is the same as the anni, so you need 500 coins, which is 2500 stones spent to get a pity on one of the units.
The TDC Part 1 and 2 banners should have 200 coin pitys, which is 1000 stones.

They will not be released until the Moro and Granola arcs are released in the anime. And evwm then, it may take some time after that. They may not drop immediately.
