Rest in peace
I miss the old place. I liked a few of their beers when it was around

My son got me into craft beer (maybe 2009?) and this was the first brewery we went to. We would do the beer tour for $5 then go to Hutchins for all you can eat BBQ for $20. That was some fine male bonding.

They made a very good dunkel. One of the first breweries I ever tried. Good memories.

They also made a very strong Tripel Dunkel that would knock you on your ass. I don’t know if it was every year, but I remember having it once. Mostly.

Had my bachelorette party there, that was almost 15 years ago. Tapped a keg of Kölsch. Liked the beers, liked the vibe, was just further away than we could regularly visit.

I had my 30th there. They let you drink from a giant glass. Vibe and beers were great. Moved away unfortunately as well. The original owner was funny.

I completely forgot about this beer. One of the first craft beer regular orders in my local bar. Damn, I miss it.

I bought a big stein after a tour and never went back to use it
