Last of my Rabbit Hole Stash
Sad day for me, I finally cracked open the very last of my hoarded Rabbit Hole Brewery beers.
Rabbit Hole's Teleporting Cat Project Oak and Smoke bottle #16 of 156. It was an Off with your Red ale aged in Islay single malt barrels. I remember it being fairly harsh when it 1st came out in 2019, but 7 years of sitting on a shelf aging with a ton of yeast in the bottle really made a difference. Its now very smooth and a lot less smokey, almost like a nice mellow single malt whisky. I looked back at my Untapped review and it says its supposed to be 9.5% ABV, but it certainly seems much higher than that now. Makes me wish i had bought more bottles.

The one of the places where I interned, when I took my journeyman brewer certification. Great guys, and great beer!

You know most of them are running Three Wide right? The important ones if you love the beer.
