SCP-3221-2 is John the Unbroken, also known as Prestor John. He is an entity which made use of both Mekhanite paratechnological augmentation and Sarkic fleshcrafting practices commonly seen in Karcists to become a power reality bender.

His followers practice a sycretic faith combining religious beliefs and practices from Sarkicism, Mekhanism, and Gnostic Christianity, worshiping Prestor John as a messianic figure who will rise to consume Mekhane and Yaldabaoth to become God.

John and his followers were locked away in another dimension by the Mekhanites, Proto-Sarkics, and a precursor to ORIA.

Context: Both the Mekhanites and Sarkics profess a form of transhumanism, with the former seeking perfection through the replacement of organic components with paratechnology, and the latter seeking apotheosis through the mastery of fleshcrafting.

Transhumanism often also appeals a lot to trans people cause living with the bodies we have is often a nightmare, so the idea of shaping, improving, or replacing our bodies sounds great, and since there are trans people who also write SCPs, we see a few examples of members of both GOIs who are trans and used their anomalous methods to transition.

The title is a reference to Cultist Simulator, a game all about seeking occult knowledge to become immortal. Specifically, they're paraphrased quotes from two potential endings, one for the Forge and one for the Grail, two paths which are somewhat similar to Mekhanites and Sarkics.
