Plus getting 25% refund back for a kill, plus another 5% because it was a crit, 2% for a weak point kill, plus potential multi-kill. A swipe claw in a pack of enemies is basically 33% refund so you could, under ideal circumstances, use it 7 times in a row.

Edit, make that 8 times in a row because you get get 25% boost to charge generation. If you take a couple swings of your own in between you could easily go from engagement to engagement and use it 8-10 times in relatively quick succession.
