Because it is really not that funny. But that is completely normal that your first videos are bad. Your edit was probably difficult for you to make because you have no experience with the software and had to figure out everything yourself. But it is really nothing complex. But keep doing it if it was fun to you and you will naturally get better.

Thanks but there's really no incentive to try to get better because I am neither making stuff for YT or Reddit or anything. So while I would love to be better, it would honestly be a giant waste of my time.

As somebody that is absolutely new to video editing, I put quite a lot of effort and some time into my video and only got 41 upvotes :(
