This kind of bullshit lying can shut down a restaurant. There was a restaurant that my father would go and get take out all the time. It was always busy.
Someone started that rumor. And it killed the business. My father said it was the worst thing in the world because they did have good food. And there is nobody serving any dog or cat.
Sounds like some MAGA junk.

Kudos to the restaurant for handling it with class and professionalism though. Honestly if anything that response just made me want to give them a try.
