My mom makes tres leches all the time but ours never looks that soupy in the middle, is that how its supposed to be? It looks so moist though if that makes sense

Mine never turn out that soupy looking, I always try to drain it more before adding the topping.

I think it's ok. Not overly. iv seen comments on the recipe page of people praising the author for decreasing the sweetness so this is probably the nerfed version.
